Carnival

Once again, Windy City Amusements will be providing the carnival rides for the community festival. While the Oswegoland Park District with other village entities makes sure all rides go through a formal amusement ride inspection, Windy City determines price, carnival staffing, and ride selection. We are pleased to have the carnival back at PrairieFest Park. Windy City Amusements has been our PrairieFest carnival for over 30 years!

2024 Fall Carnival

Like many great things in life, once is just not enough! So, in 2024 Windy City Amusements is bringing the thrills to Oswegoland TWICE! Over Labor Day Weekend, the midway and all the rides will be coming to Prairie Point Community Park to cap off the Summer season.

See you this Fall at Prairie Point Park, 4120 Plainfield Road, Oswego!

Friday August 30 5-10pm Unlimited Wristbands (5:30-9:30pm) – $35
Saturday August 31 1-10pm Unlimited Wristbands (1-5pm) – $30, or (5:30-9:30pm) – $35
Sunday September 1 1-10pm Unlimited Wristbands (1-5pm) – $30, or (5:30-9:30pm) – $35

Individual Ride Tickets

Individual ride tickets may be purchased at the ticket box. Rides take multiple tickets depending on the ride.
Individual Tickets: $1 each
20 Tickets: $20
44 tickets: $40
 

Please Note: Carnival is cash only. Windy City Amusement ATMs are available, with a fee.

2025 PrairieFest Carnival

PrairieFest ThrillABLE Inclusive Family Carnival sponsored by Graceful Therapy

Before the PrairieFest Carnival opens, we invite our families who require special accommodations to join us at the PrairieFest ThrillABLE Inclusive Carnival sponsored by Graceful Therapy on Thursday, June 12, 2025 from 3:00 – 5:00pm. The carnival will offer a modified experience with no lights or sounds slower speeds where we can. All rides will be a part of ThrillABLE with the exception of the Skyrider Swings.

We invite exceptional families to join us from 3:00 – 5:00pm. Unlimited ride wristbands will be available onsite. We hope everyone enjoys the festival!
Windy City Amusements traditionally offers two unlimited wristband sessions each day. If you purchase a wristband for a session, this allows you to ride unlimited rides during that session.

Thursday, June 12     5:30pm-10pm    Unlimited Wristbands (5:30-9:30pm)

Friday, June 13          Noon-10pm        Unlimited Wristbands (12:30-4:30pm), or (5:30-9:30pm)

Saturday, June 14      Noon-10pm        Unlimited Wristbands (12:30-4:30pm), or (5:30-9:30pm)

Sunday, June 15        1:00 – 6:00pm      Unlimited Wristbands (1:30-5:30pm)
