PrairieFest has been visited by sitcom and movie star Anthony Anderson and Carnival Cravings, Anderson’s Food Network television show. Food from PrairieFest was also featured on The Cooking Channel’s, Carnival Eats. With that fresh on every festival goer’s mind, we are excited to offer a great menu each June. With thousands of guests coming to enjoy the many activities the festival offers, we look for the best in our offerings.
